Shipping

Orders are shipped within 5 to 10 business days via USPS or UPS ground shipping.

Stavros Olive Company's return policy allows customers to return products within 14 days of delivery if the order fulfillment was incorrect and/or if the products arrived defective or damaged. Stavros Olive Company will not accept returns for items that are opened. Stavros will accept exchanges for unopened items. 

To initiate a return, customers should contact customer service via email or phone, provide their order number and pack the item in its original condition for shipping. The customer will receive a tracking number, and refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. 

How To Return Any Item:
Your item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

1. Please email customerservice@stavrosolivecompany.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.  Please state the reason for your return.
If a product/s arrived defective or damaged, when contacting us, please include a photo that illustrates that the item arrived defective or damaged.  If an item arrived defective or damaged, we would happily replace the item by shipping a replacement free of charge or by providing a full refund. 
2. Include in your package a copy of the email and/or a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Exchanges
If your item is in like new condition and is unopened, you may exchange it for any other product of equal or greater value. The full value of the returned item will be applied to the new item, and you will be responsible for the balance. You will not be subject to a restocking fee, but you will have to pay return shipping and handling.

Restocking Fee for Exchanges
While we do not charge a restocking fee for exchanges, we will not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchange Exceptions
Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for exchange.
