Meet the Farmer

We started with a simple dream: Stavros always wanted to become a farmer ever since he was a young boy, and Christine always believed in building something meaningful together.

When we stumbled upon a piece of land in Brentwood back in 2009—much larger than we ever expected—we had no idea what we would do with it. All we knew was that it felt right, full of possibility, and worth saying yes to.

It all started in 2010

The land was bare, untouched, and a little intimidating.

Back in 2010, with no roadmap, we planted the 600+ tree orchard ourselves and learned everything the hard way—through trial, error, small victories, and plenty of humbling moments.

Each success and setback taught us something new, and slowly, that learning curve turned into a true passion for olive farming.

Row by row, we transformed open land into a living, growing expression of our roots.

To honor our shared Greek heritage, we planted olive varietals from Greece—trees that carried the flavors and traditions of our families. Alongside them, we added two Mediterranean cousins, Arbequina and Ascolana, whose character and resilience felt perfectly at home in our orchard.

Season after season, the orchard grew, and so did we.

Today, we craft fresh, sustainably made California extra virgin olive oil that reflects the purity of our fruit and the values we hold close: authenticity, tradition, and respect for the land.
